Paediatrics & Neonatology

About Department

Paediatrics & Neonatology

The Department of Paediatrics was “born” in March 2018 in Preethi Hospitals, which blossomed gradually into a full-fledged team of three full-time Consultant paediatricians, 8 bedded NICU to cater to every need of a neonate, 3 dedicated beds for sick children in PICU, general ward for inpatient children and a devoted team of NICU and pediatric staff.

We are equipped to manage any sick neonate or child with round-the-clock services and believe in rendering quality care to all children (who seek our care), to see their beautiful innocent smiles.

This report covers the period from 1/1/2023 to 1/1/2024 and provides an overview of the clinical, operational and staffing activities within the Pediatrics and Neonatology units of PREETHI HOSPITALS. The report aims to highlight key performance metrics, patient demographics and significant clinical cases.

Throughout this period, our team has remained dedicated to delivering high-quality care to a diverse population of pediatric and neonatal patients, addressing their medical needs from birth through adolescence. Our efforts have focused on improving patient outcomes, advancing our clinical practices, and ensuring that both inpatient and outpatient care meet the evolving needs of children and newborns.
