Nursing services are an integral part of the clinical services of any health care organization. In our hospital nursing services are provided by experienced nurses trained in all specially and super specialities. Nursing Services are managed under the guidance of experienced nursing superintendent aided by deputy nursing superintendent and team of able nursing supervisors with specific assigned responsibility for individual wards.

The nurse patient ratio is maintained as per the accepted standards. Junior nursing staffs are given a standardised induction programme covering all aspects of clinical care and more importantly communicational skills and compassionate care.

Regular continuing educational activities, hands on training sessions and credentialing and appraisal is strictly followed and staff are assigned clinical responsibilities matching their clinical abilities.
