Our hospital offers a wide range of laboratory services to support the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of various medical conditions, for comprehensive patient care and contribute to the overall diagnostic and treatment capabilities. Imaging Modalities
Clinical Chemistry
- Basic metabolic panel (BMP) and comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP).
- Lipid profile to assess cholesterol levels.
- Blood glucose testing for diabetes management.
- Liver function tests.
Hematology
- Complete Blood Count (CBC)
- Coagulation Profile
Microbiology
- Culture and sensitivity testing for bacterial infections.
- Staining Procedure (Gram Stain, Acid Fast Stain)
- Fungal staining and Fungal cultures.
- Parasitology Examination.
Immunology and Serology
- Tests for infectious diseases (e.g., HIV, Hepatitis, Syphilis).
- Autoimmune disease markers.
- Allergy testing.
Blood Banking (Transfusion Medicine)
- Blood typing and crossmatching for transfusions. Blood component preparation.

- DNNRNA testing for genetic disorders.
- Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for infectious diseases. During the COVID Pandemic, our hospital lab was one of the testing centres approved by the government for Testing and we served and saved innumerable patients and helped in early diagnosis and treatment.

Histopathology & Cytopathology
Pathological analysis of biopsy specimens. Cytology studies on cells obtained through various procedures.
Point-of-Care Testing
Rapid tests for conditions such as strep throat, influenza, and pregnancy. Glucometer readings for immediate blood glucose levels.
Endocrinology
Hormone level testing (e.g., thyroid function tests, cortisol levels). The Hormone level measurement by our lab is very accurate and helps in IVF treatment process as part of our ART centre.
Toxicology
Drug testing for therapeutic drug monitoring or detection of substance abuse.
Electrolyte and Blood Gas Analysis
Measurement of electrolyte levels and blood gas parameters to monitor ICU Patients and transplant patients. Preethi Laboratory equiped with automated and calibrated equipments and well trained staffs to handle clinical samples all the time. Has strictly maintained turn around time for all the test for timely reports to patients. Has also participate in external quality assessment programme conducted by CMC, Vellore and AIIMS, New Delhi.
